Payment Terms

Your Responsibilities

Please let us know about any underground utilities or property boundary concerns.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in charges for materials already ordered or work already completed. Changes to the project scope may affect the final price and timeline.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work. Warranties vary depending on the type of service and materials used. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but may not cover damage from weather events, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every project, we're not responsible for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities not marked by the appropriate services, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Property Damage

We carry liability insurance and will repair any damage we cause during normal work operations. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked or disclosed, or for issues with existing structures that weren't visible before work began.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
